Product stock management

 

 

SBE can manage your entire stock of products in its warehouses: exchange stock, loan stock, full products, main boards, accessories, etc. For each type of stock, SBE manages the complete lifecycle of products: from kitting and order preparation to the putting back into stock after repair or buy-back (e.g. functional tests, data wipe, refurbishment, or recycling).

 

SBE also manages the restocking and replenishment of your external or outsourced stock. SBE’s IT system provides real time oversight of your stock levels, and allows you to easily allocate or move stock.

 

 

 

Parts management

 

 

 

SBE ensures the management and distribution of spare parts to your after-sales and supply chain partners. Your accredited partners can easily order parts from SBE’s secure B2B online ordering system.

 

SBE also controls the collection of defective parts, as necessary, which includes the testing and refurbishment of high-value parts (main boards, LCD screens, etc.).
