Christmas is around the corner and we are very pleased to announce that we are partnering with Huawei UK for their promotional campaign called ‘Service Annual Giving Season’. The event runs from 1st December 2019 until 15th January 2020 and entitles customers in the United Kingdom to special discounts on out-of-warranty repairs and free giveaways.

In the Huawei Service Annual Giving Season, customers can enjoy up to 25% off the cost of spare parts (excluding labour) for selected Huawei smartphones. Eligible Huawei smartphones are as follows:

  • Mate 20 Pro

If you wish to participate in this promotional event, please book your repair by calling the Huawei UK Hotline on 0800 088 6700. Discounts will be automatically applied to the cost of your repair by SBE Ltd. There are also free screen protectors on offer for eligible smartphones (see terms & conditions below).

Free Screen Protector Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Participation in the promotion
1.1 This promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 The promoter of the promotion is Huawei Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd a company existing under the laws of England and Wales whose registered office is at 300 South Oak Way, Reading RG2 6UF, United Kingdom (“Promoter”).
1.3 The promotion is open to all Participants who, at the date of purchase are (1) aged 18 years or over; and (2) who are resident in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland).
1.4 The Promoter’s employees, their immediate family members, and employees of cooperation partners, including but not limited to SBE Ltd, who are or were involved in creating or implementing the promotion, are excluded from participation.
1.5 To take part in this promotion, the following steps are required:
(i) Book an after-sales repair service for your Qualifying Device (defined below) via our customer service hotline: (+44) 0800 088 6700 and receive your e-mail confirmation between 1st December 2019 and 15th January 2020.
(ii) Send your Qualifying Device (defined below) to our repair centre for an after-sales repair service.
(iii) If your Qualifying Device (defined below) receives an after-sales repair service, SBE Ltd will dispatch a screen protector gift for your Qualifying Device (installation not provided) (“Promotional Item”).
1.6 Qualifying Devices: Huawei P Smart 2019, P20, P20 pro, P20 lite, P30, P30 pro, P30 lite, Mate 20, Mate 20 pro, Mate 20 lite.
1.7 The Promoter reserves the right to exclude a Participant who violates these Terms and Conditions, tampers with the promotion, or makes false representations or statements that violate applicable law or infringe third-party rights. If a Participant is excluded, benefits may be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.

2. Miscellaneous
2.1 The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
2.2 In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or technical) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the award of the Promotional Item, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any stage, but will endeavour to minimise the effect to Participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
2.3 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
2.4 All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and the promotion are subject to the laws of England and Wales (including but not limited in relation to non-contractual disputes and claims).

Discounts on Repairs – Terms and Conditions

1.3 The promotion is open to all Participants who, at the date of purchase are (1) aged 18 years or over; and (2) who are resident in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland).
1.4 The Promoter’s employees, their immediate family members, and employees of commercial partners, who are or were involved in creating or implementing the promotion, are excluded from participation.
1.5 To take part in this promotion, the following steps are required:
(i) Book an after-sales repair service for your Qualifying Device (defined below) via Huawei’s customer service hotline: (+44) 0800 088 6700 and receive your e-mail confirmation between 1st December 2019 and 15th January 2020.
(ii) Send your Qualifying Device (defined below) to SBE Ltd for an after-sales repair service.
(iii) If your Qualifying Device (defined below) needs an out of warranty repair service, SBE Ltd will automatically apply a discount of up to 25% to the cost of spare parts required for the repair, excluding Full Unit Replacements.
1.6 Qualifying Devices: Huawei P20, P20 Pro, P30, P30 Pro and Mate 20 Pro.
1.7 The Promoter reserves the right to exclude a Participant who violates these Terms and Conditions, tampers with the promotion, or makes false representations or statements that violate applicable law or infringe third-party rights.
